Shipping policy

1. Processing & shipping

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within three working days.

All orders are shipped via PostNL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow your parcel.

As a small webshop, we carefully handle every order with attention and care.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

For many destinations, we offer free shipping from €150, making international orders more accessible.

🌍 Orders outside the EU

Orders outside the European Union are available from €66.

For orders outside the European Union, prices are shown excluding VAT.

Customs authorities in the destination country may charge import duties or local taxes upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We aim to keep international shipping as accessible as possible by offering relatively low shipping rates.

3. Delivery times

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 working days
  • Other countries: depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Fast Delivery

Need your order quickly? Choose Fast Delivery at checkout 🚀

Fast Delivery is available for destinations outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

  • Other EU countries: €34.95
  • 🌍 Outside the EU: €59.95

With Fast Delivery, your order is prioritised and typically delivered within a few days. Perfect if you need it sooner or don’t want to wait.

5. Undelivered or lost packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, this is considered proof of delivery.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@dewevershoek.nl so we can assist you.

Atelier de Wevershoek is not responsible for packages lost due to carrier errors or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Address changes

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned to us, additional shipping costs for resending may be charged.
